Curbside service delivers to an accessible exterior drop-off point. It does not include indoor placement or assembly. Threshold, room-of-choice or White Glove services are available only when explicitly offered and included in the confirmed order.

Measure the product, its packaging and the complete delivery route. Tell us about stairs, elevator reservations, narrow access and restricted streets before ordering.

When your order arrives.

Inspect visible packaging and merchandise when possible. Photograph any damage and note it on the delivery record. Retain packaging and contact us with your order reference for assistance.
