After-purchase care

Clear support from delivery through resolution.

If an order is damaged, incomplete, or not what was confirmed, start with the order number and a few clear photos. We will review the product, fulfillment method, and order terms before giving return or resolution instructions.

01

Report an issue

Order details

Send the order number, product name, quantity affected, and a concise description of the concern.

Useful photos

Include the full item, affected area, outer packaging, shipping label, and model or production label when present.

Keep packaging

Keep the item and original packaging until instructions are provided. A carrier inspection or packaged return may be required.

Wait for authorization

Do not send an item back without confirmed instructions. Unapproved freight returns can be refused or misrouted.

How review works

  1. Submit the request.Contact us with the order information and supporting photos.
  2. Eligibility review. We check the item, condition, delivery record, product category, and terms confirmed with the order.
  3. Receive instructions.Depending on the circumstances, the next step may be troubleshooting, replacement parts, exchange, return, or another resolution.
  4. Inspection and completion.Returned products are inspected before the approved refund or other resolution is completed.

03

Changes and return eligibility

Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change, item change, or cancellation. A request is not guaranteed after warehouse processing or shipment has started.

Return eligibility can vary for final-sale items, made-to-order products, assembled or installed products, hygiene-sensitive goods, commercial orders, and products showing use or damage after delivery. Any product-specific restriction should be reviewed before purchase and the confirmed order terms control.
