Product descriptions, finishes, dimensions, images, pricing, and inventory are provided in good faith. Natural materials and production lots can vary, and screens do not display color identically. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory.

Returns, damage, and support
Return and resolution eligibility depends on the confirmed order terms, product category and condition, fulfillment method, and circumstances of the request. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order. Keep the product, packaging, and labels and follow the returns and support process before shipping anything back.
Trade and B2B orders
Trade, resale, volume, and project purchases may be governed by a separate written quotation, purchase order acceptance, invoice, or agreement. Where those written terms conflict with these website terms, the project-specific written terms control for that transaction.
